Applied online via dice. Contacted immediately via email by ITM. They send me a questionnaire asking salary requirements and wanted some other redundant information that was already on my resume. Setup a phone screen via email. It was clear via the emails that English was a 2nd language and I'll leave it at that. The agreed upon day/time came and they never called. No follow-up email either. Very unprofessional.

Long and woeful. Desperate and menacing. Not much improvement in work ethic here, besides chugging along everyday for 9 hours doing pointless paperwork that could be taken care of using software. These methods are outdated.
