I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Informative Research (Dallas, TX) in July 2021
Interview
Straightforward process. I applied and received an email from a recruiter a few days later for a screening interview. Screening interview went well so I was passed along to the hiring manager for an interview. Drove 250 miles one way and got a hotel room so I could do an in person interview just to have it move to Zoom at the last minute. Interview was fine, nothing too difficult. I was told I would hear back in a week. Reached out to the recruiter after two weeks and was told that the team was still "debriefing". Reached out again after a month and was told the same thing. I think it's safe to assume after over two months they went with someone else or shelved the role altogether. I am disappointed at the lack of common courtesy to keep an applicant up to date or to even have the intestinal fortitude to say they have moved on.
