A short phone interview (no more than 10mins) asking why informatix and that sort of thing. After that we scheduled a Skype interview with the HR about a week later. The interview lasted about half an hour. Questions included: Tell us something about yourself, why Informatix, tell us the time you made a mistake at work and how did you correct it, what would your friends tell me about you...
This is followed by a probation task where you have to analyze a dataset of your choice in one of the programs on the list (spotfire, tableau...) and present your results in a PowerPoint on your next interview.
