I applied through university. I interviewed at InfraSource (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Very laid back but to the point no trick questions and very open and honest. One of the better interviews I’ve had. Ultimately got a job offer out of it.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at InfraSource (Hamtramck, MI) in Apr 2024
Interview
Was contacted via phone after applying on indeed. Friendly guy who asked about my background, family, and professional goals. Sent address and little map to navigate the yard. Met for in person interview with HR guy and general foremen. Very comfortable and felt more like a conversation than interview. Explained the company core values, advancement opportunities and what I could do there. Great experience!
I applied online. I interviewed at InfraSource (Ann Arbor, MI) in Mar 2022
Interview
Good interview experience. Professional friendly managers. Much of the conversation focused on culture and how each individual on the team fit in with each other. This turned out to be the downfall for me the team was so tight knit I apparently just didn’t fit in… I was looking forward to long term employment and it ended after only two months pretty much because I did not fit in with the team. Be careful during interview I feel like the sixth person on this team is a “revolving door” position to make the rest of the team with several years experience look like irreplaceable fixtures of the Infrasource AP department.
