I interviewed at Infrrd (San Jose, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview was very easy, and neither the interviewer nor the HR representative showed any genuine intent to hire. It seemed more like an effort to demonstrate diversity in the candidate pool while facilitating the transfer of their experienced employees to the U.S. via H-1B.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Infrrd (San Jose, CA) in Dec 2020
Interview
I interviewed for the Python Developer Intern position in December 2020, which consisted of 3 rounds of interviews spread out over 2 weeks, after two assessments spread out over a week. The interview experience was very pleasant, and the interviewers were very respectful. However, I was ghosted for two weeks after the interview and then informed that the internship position was put on hold and I was requested to get back to them after two weeks. Later, on getting back to them after two weeks, I was ghosted for another ten days, and then told that the position in the company was removed. It would have been a much better experience if they had decided this early on in the interview process, and I could have better used my time and resources.
