Interview usually is take place in three rounds. Which are as follow 1.Written 2Technical 3.Hr. Questions are based on current job, roles responsibilities. Design scenarios to evaluate basic concepts or current roles and responsibilities

Interview
I went through two rounds of interview, both went positive. They asked basic questions on NPSHA, PFD, PID, BFD, Distillation, PSV and Control Valves. Initially there was an aptitude test kind of thing for technical and verbal competency.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ingenero (Thāne) in Aug 2017
Interview
I was short listed based on my CV and called for Face to face interview. After F2F, HR round was their for salary negotiation. Thing did not settle at that moment, so both parties took 4-5 days to finally accept offer after some negotiations
