Recruiter & Senior University Programs Lead Interview

      22 Jan 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Charleston, SC
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ingevity (Charleston, SC) in Jan 2020

      Interview

My overall experience was good. The interview was direct and gave good feedback. Once it was determined that I was missing a few of the key skills they were seeking in the job, I was told that I was not going to be a good fit for this current role. After that, the interviewer was open to answering my questions about what I would need to do in order to obtain the skills to obtain was I was missing.
