Interview
They pull you into the break room which is usually located in the front of the store next to customer service, they ask you some questions usually takes 10-15 minutes then you watch some slide shows or videos of what you do in your position at ingles some people get the flexibility to choose where they work but not everyone is as fortunate.

Interview
They describe the shift routine and ask you questions such as what your availability is and what position you're interested in. Very basic, simple process typical of a retail store.
