Interview
Very simple. I applied online and they called about a week later. Went in for an interview, but wasn't asked super difficult questions. It was definitely more of a conversation and job description. Took about an hour and he offered me the job at the end. I accepted and started the next week.
Simple and Straightforward! I think it lasted around 20 minutes, and most were based on availability and understanding the company culture, values, and procedures. It felt more like a conversation than anything! The manager was able to tell me lots about his experience and it was really comfortable.
