It was swift, at sometimes confusing because of all the different processes I had to go through. But over all the people seemed very cool. The boss seems interested in success. And the staff is young
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Initium Consulting in Oct 2019
Interview
First interview with the CEO was short then I was invited for a second one which was a little longer. They don’t tell you the details of the job until the second interview which is basically M-F getting briefed in morning meetings then driving to Walmarts to sell Direct TV or convince customers to get their bill lowered by them (ICI). But this is all full time for pretty much minimum wage and NO benefits. Needless to say I decided not to continue with my next interview with them. Plus I also thought the job title was a little misleading. But I will say that everyone was kind, welcoming, and the interviews were more like conversations which made me comfortable and not nervous.

Interview
The interview was fairly short and straightforward. The whole interview process is comprised of three rounds of interviews: the 1st one is brief and introductory if you pass that you get access to the 2nd one which is perhaps the longest. This round is a 45 minutes group meeting with other candidates that goes over the role, at this point the hiring manager will check if you are a good potential fit. The 3rd round is the most crucial one which will decide whether you will be employed or not.
