I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Inkhouse (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2024
Interview
The initial interview call lasted around 30 minutes, during which the recruiter asked about your past experiences and some other questions. The initial call was not a virtual meeting but instead just a phone call.
The interview process was very long for an entry level position/program like this. The process includes several interviews as well as written tests. The later interviews were definitely much more difficult than the earlier interviews. I felt that they expected a lot more experience than a normal candidate at the entry level would have.

Question 1
Positive attributes/strengths that would help in the role.
Very long process (one call with hr, one written test, 4 interviews) that was a bit frustrating but relaxed interviews that made me understand company culture more. First call had the hardest questions interestingly.
