Thanks a lot for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us. We are big fans of constructive criticism and anything that can help us improve as a company. Nonetheless, we are very sorry about your negative experience related to the reasoning for non-proceeding given after the interview.
Based on our standardized recruiting structure, the step you participated in was intended for focusing purely on your past experiences. This allows us to get a full picture of experiences and look beyond specific, behavioral questions (and maybe miss something).
Looking back on our reasoning, I totally understand your point of missing correlation between the years of experience and the seniority level. Thanks to your feedback, we had the chance to specifically reflect on this issue together in our team and reassured to give full transparency to our candidates.
