In those 15 mins, we also judge the team-fit based on the interaction with the candidate.
This is a competitive job space, we get a lot of candidates, if you are not able to solve a simple problem then obviously you are not getting shortlisted. Get used to real-life Sir!
It is obviously super easy to leave an anonymous review saying we are not hiring and just promoting, fake job posts, etc. Then how do you explain the 20 people in the team? And why will we be promoting to college students, freshers? We are a service company with only US clients.
