Inktel Recruiting Manager interview questions

45 minute interview with the Director of Talent Acquisition followed by another brutal 1.5 hour interview with the person. He asks very invasive questions from the time you are in high school to where you are now. It feels more like a psychological assessment for very low pay. After that, a very lengthy written assignment and personality assessment. The final step is an person interview with the manager of TA. After hours and hours on a non sense interview, I never even heard back about the job.
