I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Inmar (Winston-Salem, NC) in July 2021
Interview
Phone screener and a logic test. Two zoom interviews. They moved quickly. Very accommodating. Best interview experience I've ever had on first zoom meeting and it was the reason I chose to work here. Interviewer didn't bring any canned questions and literally said they just wanted an organic conversation. It was incredibly refreshing and showed me they would treat me with respect and like a human being. Last zoom interview was a tech skills interview.
unexpectedly long. candidated were scattered with 1 month interval between each. so they give an offer to the early ones and rejected all the later ones saying the team no longer has opening.
