Inncrewin Technologies Senior Software Developer interview questions

The interview pattern was not good. The interview started directly without any interaction. Probably the interviewer was inexperienced. I do agree most of the companies do hackerrank kind of coding round first but here after joining call I was asked directly to solve a problem on my pc and was asked to share the solution after stipulated time.

- Telephonic interview (Most of the questions are based on oops) (1hr) - live coding (2hr) - manager round. they said i cleared the 2 rounds and with a drag they didn't schedule the last round because of notice period. which was discussed ealier as 60days and at the end they required immediate joiners within 15days.
