InnoTech (Portugal) interview questions

The interview process was straightforward and professional. The first conversation was simple and comfortable, with friendly people who made me feel at ease. Communication was very quick, and I received a reply within the same week, which showed good organization and respect for the candidate’s time. Overall, the process felt fair and transparent.

The process began with a positive introductory call with an HR recruiter. The following step was excellent: I was thoroughly prepared for the client interview and given helpful context. The client conversation itself seemed to go quite well. I had a follow-up call from the recruiter, who mentioned that the interview had gone positively. However, after that point, communication became unclear. I had to ask for further feedback, and after that, I received no further response, never getting a definitive yes or no.
