Hr call. I guess I asked for too much salary but it was at market rate. Within their range and had a friend refer me. Don't work here it's junk

Submitted an application online. Someone from human resources called and they did a screening interview over the phone for the position. I then had my interview set up with two of the team leads I would be working for. A couple days after the intevriew I recieved the offer.
