Behavioral for specific situations and some "what type documentation would be necessary for XYZ processes" or "What are some of the most important things to do when starting with a team" a long those lines. I think the interview was fair and not unnecessarily difficult but you have to possess the skill that you speak of and be able to explain how that relates to what they need from you and how you can bring them value.
