Interviewer asked difficult questions commensurating to experience(Fresher), but still abled to provide more detail oriented answers as i was not well versed with terms used in Email Marketing/Digital Marketing. I had noticed when i started explaining, interviewer began fiddling in his phone. He was searching one way or other to cutshort the interview. He wasn’t even listening intently to what i had to say. Therefore i had also felt nervous for a while. HR was good, as she found me enough eligible for this position. Atleast, she had scheduled for this position which is actually reserved for experienced candidates. But still, thanks to HR.

My interview experience at Innovaccer was very hectic. There was a clear lack of management for the interview process. The entire process (Group discussion, email writing, multiple rounds of PIs) went on for almost 12 hours (11 am to 11:30 pm) and was extremely slow. I would suggest to the company's HR management to conduct different rounds on separate days, instead of all rounds in one day.
