My experience was totally satisfactory. Starting from giving me an exact date and time for the interview. Although being overwhelmed with work, they did do the interview on time. The interview itself was really nice and easy, I didn't feel stressed at all. Tatiana was always smiling and giving me the push to go forward and the comfort to talk at ease, especially in my second interview she helped me a lot to open up and talk. Questions were so objective, rational and professional. I was impressed by the way Tatiana delivered me the news of being selected. She was happy to give me the offer and happy to have me in Innovaderm's team, which was so encouraging. This has been really surprising, reliefing and reflecting of a very good image which later on I experienced in Innovaderm, we are all one big family 🤩 -and that's for real-
