Question 1

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Innovapptive (Hyderābād) in June 2025
Interview
I recently interviewed for what was communicated to me by the recruiter as an IT Project Manager role. However, during the interview, it became apparent that the position was specifically for an SAP Project Manager with prior hands-on experience in implementing SAP projects, something that was never clearly mentioned beforehand. This lack of transparency led to a mismatch in expectations from the outset.
To make matters worse, the interview itself was quite frustrating. The panel seemed disinterested in hearing about my actual experience, achievements, or the products I’ve worked on. I was frequently interrupted mid-sentence, with the interviewer jumping to conclusions without letting me fully explain my background. At one point, I was even told that I lacked proper end-to-end execution experience, an assessment made without actually listening to what I had to share.
An interview should be a two-way process, where the panel is genuinely interested in understanding the candidate beyond what’s written on the resume. Unfortunately, this interaction felt dismissive and rushed. It ended up being a complete waste of time for me, and I hope the organization re-evaluates how they conduct interviews and communicate role expectations to avoid similar experiences for others.
