3 interviews-- first a screening one to make sure I knew basic stuff about the work, then one with the director of the initiative, then a second one with the director. the first interview with the director was more in depth and tested some of my economics knowledge and knowledge of RCTs and development.

Question 1
I can't remember exactly but it was about RCT design and sampling/attrition.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Innovations for Poverty Action (Manila, Manila) in Apr 2010
Interview
The interview process took about two months and involved three phone conversations: One with a Country Director, one with a Project Coordinator and one with someone from HQ. There was also a written test. They asked for three references. I applied through the online common application in January and was contacted several months later.
