I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Innovative Educators in Jan 2023
Interview
Overall, my interview experience with Innovative Educators was positive. The process began with an initial email response from a Sales Executive named Alex, who was very friendly and thorough throughout the entire process. We scheduled a phone call where Alex provided me with detailed information about the company and the Sales Executive role they were looking to fill. During the call, she asked me the standard questions one would expect in an initial phone interview. A few days later, Alex reached out to me regarding next steps in the process. This included preparing a demo presentation for her and other members of the Innovative Educators team. I was tasked with creating a Google Presentation for one of their products, StudentLingo. The presentation lasted around 20 minutes and involved Alex acting as a potential buyer or customer that I would meet at a trade show. Although I felt that my presentation went well, I received an email from Alex a few days later informing me that they had decided to move forward with another candidate. Despite not getting the job, I appreciated the opportunity to interview with Innovative Educators and thought the process was well-organized and professional.
