Innovative-IDM interview questions

I got approached by a very highly energetic recruiter. Set up the first interview quickly at the Lewisville location, everything looked very promising. Had 1st round with one of the managers. Nothing serious. very generic questions. The recruiter told me that I was going to get the second interview in person before I left and just like that he ghosted me. I reached out to him via text two times because I had opted for the text messages. I haven't received the declined email yet, and it's been two months. I think the least you can do for the candidate that you don't want to move forward is to let them know. Just left a bitter taste.
