I got call from HR for Python plus React opportunity. I cleared the two technical round. One was taken by project lead and second round was taken by one of the technical director. After that, HR said their will be technical / non technical discussion round with client. After waiting for 2 weeks , I did not get call from HR regarding client round. I called HR , she said we are in progress but still did not get response from client. HR was not sure about their recruitment process. I think lack of opportunities in innocecture, too much dependent on client. If you are interviewing candidates make sure, to provide multiple opportunities not only one opportunities so that your time as well as candidate time will be saved. It seems financial condition of the company is also not good. Also I feel , if project gone by any chance , they will fire you. Cause too much dependent client. If you are interviewing candidate , please make sure they will get offer.
