Before even getting to ANY interview at all, I was asked to take a 30-min. "Online Personality Test". I considered this quite an afront. Not even after 1sdt, 2nd or 3rd interview. But in order to even be considered I have to submit myself to and pass some digitized, algorithmed judgement via a "Personality Test". Maybe if after 2nd or 3rd interview - But before even being considered?!!! Offensive.

Interview
Very fragmented and unprofessional. Was contacted by e-mail but was not told what the job title or responsibilities were despite repeated questions. Was given a mean salary for the position that was totally off base; the amount I was offered was far below the mean I had been quoted. Interview went well. The specific department I am in is run well and not reflective of the larger organization as a while.

Interview
Started with a phone interview with the hiring manager. Inova flew me in to interview in person with the hiring manager. Decision was made the day of the in-person interview. HR called to let me know and set up my orientation within an hour of the interview.
