Was the PI of the group, very enthusiastic and dynamic. The process entirely depends of the head of the group. In my case very successful and in English. I send an email to the
PI who immediately response and invited me to visit the lab and met the rest of the team.

Interview
2 interviews, very pleasant and science-focused, they were ready to answer all questions about workplace, honest, asked for references after offering position as part of final screening. They also offered to introduce the rest of the team, went out of their way to explain how everything works and to portray the workplace, even though the interview was only possible through zoom
