2 stage process:
Stage 1, met with the Head of events in an offsite setting which was great as it showed Inside Track as a flexible place to work. Went through the role and what their expectations were for the role, we then went through my background. Really good relaxed format would recommend to anyone to make them feel relaxed and welcomed into a company.
Stage 2: With the Head of Events and the Recruitment Manager from head office. Was asked to create a presentation about my first 3 months in the role. Presentation and then Q&A.
