First, we would like to apologize for the experience, that's the last impression we wanted to make with you in the interview process. We are still working out some of the kinks, and are 100% dedicated to making sure the experience is better going forward for all applicants. We would like to, and think we owe it to you, to explain the interview process to you.
1. We have people shadow to not only understand the position but to sit amongst our incredible people here at IST. We are trying to gauge culture and coachability fit. We then discuss the experience and some of the takeaways.
2. We completely understand where you are coming from about the cognitive ability test. We didn't believe it mattered at first either. We do though, have several data points that show that doing well on that test is an indicator of future success here at InsideSalesTeam.com
