I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Insider (Mumbai) in Mar 2020
Interview
Began with me applying in the careers section - Got invited to a take away assignment over a weekend where I had to build a small iOS application. Submitted in the timeline. The response was delayed, like after 2-3 weeks.
The subsequent rounds were 3 technical rounds. They were pretty elaborate, great people. Felt good to interact with, were technical and knew their stuff, which is a good thing ;) . Mostly, my technical interviews were taken by my future peers with same or more experience level, and one of them was Head of Engineering. All of the three rounds lasted 30 minutes to an hour, and the feedback was prompt.
A last round with CTO was scheduled, which got postponed. And then I felt ghosted, mailed for follow up, got ignored. Not once, but twice. The most frustrating thing was that they needed an urgent resource, but followed up with such delays.
Overall, I'd like to think that Insider would be a good place for developers to thrive, but not so sure due to the management.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insider (Bengaluru) in June 2020
Interview
Total 6 rounds. - Happened during the COVID-19 lockdown.

evaluated based on architecture, UI, readability of the code, best practices etc.

commerce domain, RxSwift, best practices of iOS, Scalability in Network layer etc.
4. Technical discussion with Head of Engineering (1hr 15 min) - Problem solving, SDLC
processes, previous projects, system design and asynchronous way of thinking, culture fit.
5. CTO round (technical 35 minutes) - Asynchronous Programming, Reactive thinking, problem
solving approaches, culture fit.
6. HR Round (15-20 min) - Joining dates, notice, Compensation, location etc
7. Offer release
Interview process happened during the lockdown of pandemic. Still, it was facilitated so smoothly by the HR team and the panel. I thoroughly enjoyed the process, especially the coding assignment was helpful in showcasing so many things which can't be done in a conventional interview process.
Panelists of all the rounds were really modest and treated the candidate fairly.
