I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Chicago, IL) in July 2016
Interview
Recruiter reached out over linkedin, set up a phone interview and brought me in the following week. Although the recruiter forgot to send me any information on the interview till the day of. Sounded like they were bringing in a lot of people which made it seem like they go through a lot of staff.
Every person in this office is very ... pretty.... if you get my drift.

What brought me to them, culture, what motivates me
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
