The recruiter called and asked if I have time to talk about a job opening in my area. He told me about the job description and the skills requirement, and asked about my work experience, technical proficiency, and salary expectation. He then send a detailed job description to me, and wanted me to reply his email with my current resume and reference list.

Met with my recruiter to go over the interview right before I had my official interview, which is nice because they prep you for any questions and are able to answer last minute questions you may have
