I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Insight Global in Nov 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out over LinkedIn. Had video call that felt unprofessional. I had a second call the next day that also felt unprofessional. Finally, after they reached out to schedule the next call, I responded with availability and then was ghosted…super unprofessional. I read other reviews speaking to ghosting as well which makes me think if this is how you treat applicants, how do you treat employees?
I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (Grand Rapids, MI) in June 2026
Interview
Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
