I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2015
Interview
Very conversational; I wasn't asked much about my experience. The interviewers didn't tell me much about what they did before walk about completely unrelated things. I had to call the recruiter to find out that I didn't get the job... he never contacted me because he was in Mexico...
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
It was difficult but if you know your material and you have good interpersonal skills then like anything else, you will be successful. Just remain confident in your abilities and show them that you are the right candidate for them.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
Very unprofessional interview. One interviewer was chewing gum and asked me if my parents have a lot of money. In the middle of my interview I was left alone in a room for 30 minutes. One interviewer asked specifically why I live in the area I live in. Also base pay is $30000 throughout your entire career there.
