Interview
Initial interview with insight was over the phone. We went over my resume and qualifications. Next was a quick in person interview at their office. Then an over the phone interview with the company I am to temp with. Then an in person interview with that company at with point a member of insight walked me into to introduce us.
All the while insight would call asking how it went and what kinds of things the company asked.

Why do you think you are qualified for this position?
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
