I applied through university. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in May 2024
Interview
So terrible. Poor communication. Unprofessional. They have people go to career fairs and recruit people. If they’re that willing to interview anyone that’s your first red flag. I met with a Carsen from Dallas and it was like talking to a high schooler that’s terrible at communicating. Interviews from that point on were just mean and uncomfortable
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
