I would say it has been Comfortable, professional, engaging. After phone screening it is 3 interviews total. Still going through the process but so far so good. I’ve enjoyed my experience thus far.
I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward and you always knew what was coming. However, it was very impersonal and I did not leave the conversations knowing how the recruiters were feeling.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Calgary, AB) in July 2025
Interview
Conducted a screening call, followed by a virtual Teams interview, final rounds are with the local hiring team. However, I was given the impression that a follow up with the local hiring team would occur and the person I interviewed with would be on standby to reach out to for any further questions or support in the lead up to the local interview. After the first virtual interview however the talent specialist I was in touch with completely stopped responding to my emails and I did not hear anything from the local team. I was led to believe that I had made it to the next round of interviews and heard nothing beyond there which was super disappointing.
