Insight Schools interview questions

I saw the job offer for insight international school and applied for it. After some days I was invited to go for interview and it went pretty well. Nowadays I'm still working there but only part time.

was contacted by a recruiter who put me in contact with the hiring agent with whom I had a phone interview followed by an in-person interview with the hiring agent and another employee. It was a pleasant interview. However, I felt they had already made a decision because they were not interested in seeing or accepting my licensing documentation or references. Therefore, a complete waste of my time.
