I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at InsightGeeks Solutions Pvt Ltd (Noida) in Apr 2026
Interview
Hi, I understand detailed feedback may not always be shared, but I still wanted to share my experience.
My interview was scheduled for 3:30 PM but started at 4:30 PM. I did say at the time that it was okay, but honestly, everyone’s time is important. Even as a Scrum Master, understanding and respecting a hard stop is essential. That said, HR was kind enough to check in and even offer coffee, which I appreciated.
The discussion felt very focused on specific reporting tools. While I do have experience with some (which I mentioned), others can always be learned—especially when you’re also looking for someone with a willingness to learn.
Also, repeatedly mentioning being stuck in meetings during the interview didn’t leave a great impression, and some questions felt a bit off despite saying there wouldn’t be vague questions.
One thing that stood out was when I mentioned my experience with AI and building agents, and it was compared to basic usage. I believe there’s a clear difference between simply using tools and actually working with generative AI. Everyone brings different strengths, and just because something is unfamiliar doesn’t make it less valuable—especially at a time when many organizations are investing heavily in AI.
Overall, it just felt like the conversation could have been more aligned and respectful of both time and experience.
