Interview
I had a pleasant experience interviewing with everyone. Very talented young individuals and very open environment sums it up. I never did hear back from them after several rounds of interviews however and since accepted another offer. It seemed like a great concept with several rounds of financial backing and big name clients since but they just aren't there yet. As much with any startup and as young as they are there are inevitable growing pains it seems. My personal recommendation would be to diversify core services and offering to become more profitable on a wider scale. They seemed to attract large companies and were very hands on but a large client churn can be a significant loss. Taking a hands off approach can also leave the team to handle more clients down the road. They seemed to be aware and working on this. Although mostly young talent, as the company grows compensation should be increased to further attract top talent with more experience it does make a difference.

Question 1
General questions. What you do currently? How you relate to their core values is very important. They seemed to genuinely want to get know you as a person.
