Insigniam interview questions

Phone interview followed by in person interview. I met with several people, all who ended up being lovely people to work with! The interview process was about 1-2 weeks . I believe to work as a consultant it is a bit longer of a interview process though.

The process is pretty long but valuable, almost regardless of the outcome. Starts with a preliminary review that is mostly fact gathering. Then record a video about why I want to work at Insigniam, do a personality profile, and write two essays on consulting and something in the news. Then 30-60" interviews with 3 people and then 1 hour interviews with the two founders.
