Insigno Quipment interview questions

I have given the 1st round of interview. The interviewer doesn't have much knowledge about Database. They took an interview in Database. .net person taking interview of the database. It's really Amazing in the company. After the 1st round, they called for the second round But I have given 5 answer wrong I know that. Still, they Selected its wonderful company. They don't have a Skilled Person(Database) in the Company. My friend also Selected in the same company but she Dined the offer. It's really Shameful for the company. HR, again and again, calling for the Joining. They Don't have Skilled technical Person.

There were 2 round of interview, to judge all the factors and paramaters. and if candidate got selected then candidate is called again for final HR round of interview. in HR round attitude, behavioural aspect are judged and at the end, salary negotiation and other part are discussed
