A hot mess. BE CAREFUL JOB SEEKERS: They will contact you at your work place / email. They are either severely lacking common sense or are real dirt bags. The recruiter I spoke with barely listened to me on the phone.

Didn't get the job but had 4 interviews all which were positive and strait forward. No b.s., making offers or promises you will never receive and spoke to you as a human with the negatives and positives of the position. I was impressed.

This is a hunter position and you could go 8 or 9 months without a sale in the beginning. How would you handle that?

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insperity (San Diego, CA) in June 2019

Interview

The interview process was easy and within a timely manner. I interviewed with two recruiters and two sales leaders. The interviews went well. I was contacted by their recruiter initially. I am not sure what went wrong because a few days later, I received the "canned" email that they send to all candidates not considered for the role.

They asked about my sales experience within all roles listed on my resume. It was a very casual interview with the two sales leaders.
