Applied online on a job posting. HR called and took my semi-technical interview right away over the phone. Then based on my answers, which I suppose I passed, my resume was sent to the hiring manager. 3 days later had technical phone interview with the hiring Manager. I really enjoyed both HR and Technical interviews. The hiring manager was easy going and made me feel comfortable and relax by starting with how my day was going. She is a nice lady and knowledgeable as well. Still waiting to hear from the HR. My suggestion - Be prepared with SDLC and analytic mind for scenarios that will be presented to you in interview.
