Interview
I had a couple phone screens and then was brought in for a 4 hours of interviews. I met with directors and senior managers at the firm. It took about two weeks to get a decision after the interview.

How would I adjust from working at a big company to this smaller company.
Interviewed with several leaders all individually. It was nice to meet the leaders. Communication during process was good. They were willing to negotiate terms. Overall the process was good. No personality tests were required.
