Fairly straight forward - asking questions about a time where you were challenged; an achievement you were most proud of; opinions on the educational system in NZ. Then at the end of the interview process you had to role play a tutoring session with the interviewer.

Given online form to complete, with several questions regarding previous employment and tutoring experience, followed by in-person interview with short tutoring exercise with the regional manager(s). Also required high school transcript.
