Process went really quick and really smoothly and the recruiting manager in Inspire11 kept tabs with me through the whole process. Involved three rounds, with one onsite interview where you get to meet a couple of individuals who will quiz you from technical stuff to culture questions.

5 programming challenges, can be in any language you prefer.

Interview
Friendly interview with basic questions. Interviewers give you commodity to answer and you won't be feeling stressed at all. They focus firstly in algorithmic problems and then on specific language or domain problems. They lack on process of interviews as it lasts for weeks.
Communication was not consistent during the interview process. Had to send resume multiple times to the same person and also had to send follow emails. By the time they responded I already accepted another job
The interview consisted of a conversation with a non-technical person, some programming tasks and a conversation with a technical person. The programming tasks were done in an online coding evironment without supervision.
