I rejected offer because 1) 3 years bond. 2)salary will be 11K/month but CTC is 1.80L. 3)Increment will be 3K per year. 4)There will be Travelling. 5)Bond breakage amount will be 1.20L(Serious) . 6)No benefits. 7) Work timing 9AM-7PM(10hours). 8)What you learn there will be useless once you leave that office. Personal advice : Better start your career as a developer for 5K salary. Trust me for your better future.The way i felt is like a slave.
