Interview
There were two interviews preceding the on-site: one phone interview and a lunch with the recruiter. The in-person interview was held on-site at their Cerritos facility, by the owners and one or two other employees. All questions were cordial and pertinent.

Question 1
There was a technical question involving a piece of manufacturing equipment which was used to assess my understanding of thermodynamics and manufacturing methods pertaining to part quality. They also asked questions regarding my past engineering projects and leadership experience.
